You lift, Forge keeps the record
Forge is a training and nutrition log that lives on your phone. Build a workout once, log each set with a stepper, and decide today's weight with last week's already in front of you.

This is how one workout goes
Four steps, all four shown on the app's own screens. You can learn which button to press, and when, before you install anything.
01Step
Build the workout
Pick from over twelve hundred exercises. Each one comes with a drawn figure, so you recognise the movement from the picture rather than the name. Filter by muscle group, search in English or Turkish.
- Prescribe per-set rep ranges, RIR and rest.
- A pyramid (12 / 10 / 8) is as easy to write as three straight sets.

02Step
Log the set in the gym
Start the workout in a tap and the sets you prescribed are already there; you only fill in what you actually lifted. Each set shows its target underneath and what you did last time above.
- No keyboard: weight and reps move with plus and minus.
- A personal record is marked the moment you set one, and a rest timer runs between sets.

03Step
Log food in the same place
Calorie and macro targets are worked out from your profile: age, height, weight, activity and goal. You never type a target in, and it follows your weight instead of going stale.
- Search food in English or Turkish and find the same entry either way.
- Meals split into breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Water counts too.

04Step
See the day on one screen
The panel gathers calories, protein and water into a single ring and puts today's workout in front of you. Water, a meal or a weigh-in is one tap from here.
- Weight reads off a seven-day average, not your last measurement.
- Reminders are local notifications that stay on your phone; nothing goes to a server.

What is in the app
English and Turkish throughout; kilograms or pounds, centimetres or feet, or whatever your phone is set to.
Workouts and sessions
Write the program, log the sessions. Every exercise keeps its own history, so you never hunt for what you lifted last time.
Your year, as one picture
Every finished session becomes a tile on your profile, warmer the harder it was. Streak, total volume and records sit above it.

1,200+ drawn exercises
Every exercise is drawn rather than photographed. The figure shows the movement and what is in your hands, and it is drawn on your phone, so it is instant and works with no connection.
Calories and macros
Targets are derived from your profile, not typed in. Log your meals and see how much of the day you have filled.
Weight, water, reminders
Weight reads off a seven-day average and the trend is read against your goal. Reminders are local notifications that stay on your phone.
Together, if you want
Follow people, send a workout to a friend, show your training on your profile. All three are off until you turn them on, and each can be turned off again.
And what it does not do
A log has one job: keep the record straight. Nothing in Forge takes your data somewhere else, and every line below can be checked against what ships.
- Ads and tracking
- There is no ad or analytics SDK in the package. Nothing is sold to anyone.
- Crash reports
- A crash report carries a crash and an account id. Never your weight, your food or your training.
- Account deletion
- Delete your account from settings and everything attached to it goes with it, permanently.
- Social is off by default
- Following, sending workouts and showing training on your profile do nothing until you turn them on.
It is not trying to motivate you. It just keeps the record.
Stop scattering training, food, water and weight across separate apps. Forge keeps all of it in one log and stays out of the way while you work.
Open your account now, sign in on the app later
The account you open on the web is the same account in the app. Forge is being built for iOS and Android; the day it lands in the stores you sign in with the same email and password, and all of your data is already there.
